the new year celebration was nice the staff explained the ceremony well. om was particularly sweet and attentive detailing the water ritual. breakfast was sufficient and i noticed the beach was cleaned every morning. the walking beach was great and the staff were accommodating
during checkout i was allowed to use a room to shower but the maid service should check toiletries more often. only four teabags were left initially so i had to request more than once. i think paying more attention to detail in this regard would improve things

our hydro pool villa offered ample space and provided a comfortable stay. the private pool access was a good addition providing a convenient way to cool off after a day at the beach. cleanliness was maintained well by the housekeeping staff

the staff demonstrated excellent service ensuring all requests were met promptly. the attention provided by om during the new year ceremony was very much appreciated. restaurant staff provided attentive and efficient service during breakfast and throughout the day

the beautiful room was beautifully decorated. a big thank you to the friendly team. the hotel is huge and fine, with a gorgeous beachfront. the food and drinks are very affordable for such a beautiful resort!!!

The hydro pool villa was great. It had a layout with the shower right next to the pool. i found the higher ceiling a plus, along with more space and better storage. which was helpful!
The moving process was not smooth at all. I had to move everything myself with my son, exhausting, twice.

this resort sits directly on the beach, a perfect location. the staff treats every guest with so much kindness. i enjoyed the cocktails by the pool and the general quiet this resort offers. it was a sweet escape.
the room was a little dark because of the finish on the wood. a lighter color could make it more bright. i love brightness.

I booked a "Hydro Pool Villa", but the pool area was disappointing. Green slime covered parts of it. The room also smelled mouldy, maybe from a leaking air conditioning unit. I found this a bit concerning for the price.
